Every single time I am forced to include myself in group work, I can't help but try to take the wheel and do it all myself.
It's not because I think I can do it better, or because I hate people, it's simply because it's SO much easier to work on something if you are doing it alone.
While I have been successful in group work, I despise every minute of it. Ok not despise, but I can't think of a softer term. The constant texting to meet up, then the slow production at meetings because we all can't help but be social together. Then there's the sharing of work which never goes to plan because someone's always either kinda stupid, or kinda lazy. In a not mean way.
Grumble.
